Privacy Policy

Last updated · October 2026

This policy covers what Cloudlyft Inc. does with the information you send us through cloudlyft.io, and with the data we handle while running client infrastructure. Plain language, no surprises.

1. What we collect

  • What you send us — name, company, work email, phone number and the details of your request.
  • What your infrastructure reports while we monitor or manage it, under a signed agreement.
  • Aggregated website analytics. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to you and prepare an assessment.
  • To deliver the services you hired us for.
  • To keep our systems and yours secure, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Where your data lives

Client data stays in the country you choose — we do not move production data across borders. Backups remain in the same region. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and access is limited to the engineers on your engagement.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service, under confidentiality and data-processing agreements, or where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client data is kept for the term of the engagement, then deleted or returned within 30 days of termination unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Your choices

Write to privacy@cloudlyft.io to access, correct or delete your personal information. If you are in Québec or the EU you may also complain to your privacy regulator. Cloudlyft Inc. · Montréal, Québec, Canada.
